The document is 26 full colour A4 pages long (cunningly numbered 3 to 27 - there are no pages 1 or 2) and the PDF file is just over 1Mb in size - it may take some time to download, depending on the speed of your internet connection.  It will open in a new window and requires the Adobe Acrobat plug in (available free from http://www.adobe.com).  The quality of the illustrations has been reduced to screen resolution in order to keep the file size reasonable as the print quality PDF file is over 31 Mb.
